Set on a hill bordering the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and overlooking unspoilt bush, Stanley Safari Lodge is only 3km from the Victoria Falls. From either the main garden, the infinity pool or from the privacy of your room, views are unmatched.
The open-sided Main House has been designed with space and views in mind and has a truly African feel. Enjoy sundowners in the African style lounge, a 3 course dinner in the dining room or spend some quiet time in the library or upper deck discovering the secrets of Africa.
Stanley offers a total of 10 individually designed rooms, with 4 suites, each having a private plunge pool with deck or terrace, a lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. Inclusive activities are a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River and a tour of the Victoria Falls, but there are many other activities to choose from should you wish.
From abseiling to white-water rafting, a host of exciting activities can be experienced in Zambia.
We think any opportunity to step outside the cosseted realm of the safari goer and into the real Africa should be taken if at all possible.
River cruises offer a different perspective on the bush and can be the only means of transport during rainy season!
